My starting weight is 136...
Today was my first success in a while:
Soup 160
Small apple 50
Red Bull 10
Jenny Craig meal 260
Espresso + cream 35
That's around 515 cals :) I'm happy. Right after this post I'm going to do a little coniditoning before I head off to bed. Plus I worked tonight (at a tanning salon) and I swear I always end up burning quite a few cals due to all the running around and cleaning.
I vow not to weigh myself for a few days (at least like 4) just so that I don't get discouraged...which I do very easily. That's just waiting for a trigger to binge.
108 is my ultimate goal, I feel that would look really good on me since I'm 5'7. :D can't waitttttt
